Public forms are not designed to collect Social Security numbers, private youth addresses, foster-care case details, court information, medical information, banking details, or other highly sensitive records.
Information is used to respond to the request, communicate about the relevant program or opportunity, and maintain limited internal records for follow-up.
Form contents should not be placed into analytics systems, query strings, or public-facing logs. Internal access should be limited to those who need the information to respond.
Rising Up Now should keep inquiry records only as long as necessary for response, follow-up, reasonable administrative needs, or legal compliance.
Submissions that are no longer needed should be deleted securely. This policy should be reviewed and updated as operational practices are finalized.
